With extensive experience spanning executive decision-making, tactical project management, and organizational leadership, Bethany is adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Prior to her current role, she served as an Executive Consultant at BOC, providing strategic guidance to enhance business operations and efficiency.

 

Bethany’s career also includes key leadership roles at George Mason University, where she supported executive-level operations, and SecurCorp, Inc., where she managed administrative and operational functions in a highly regulated industry. Her background demonstrates a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and aligning organizational goals with client needs.

 

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is committed to driving long-term success through strategic vision and effective leadership.

Adam Ketler serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Business Operational Concepts (BOC). In this role, Adam is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. He brings a strong background in financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning to the BOC leadership team, ensuring the company's financial health and long-term growth.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extensive experience in federal contracting, Adam plays a key role in optimizing resource allocation, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiencies. His commitment to financial excellence supports BOC's mission of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to government and commercial clients.

Throughout his career, Adam has been dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency, integrity, and collaboration. He is actively involved in shaping BOC’s strategic direction, leveraging his expertise in financial analysis and business operations to drive sustainable growth and value for both clients and stakeholders.

Brian Burroughs serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Business Operational Concepts (BOC). In this role, he is instrumental in formulating and driving the company’s technology strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the broader business objectives. His leadership steers the development and integration of innovative technology solutions across both federal and commercial sectors.

 

Brian is at the forefront of technological advancements, spearheading major IT modernization initiatives that enhance the capabilities of BOC's technical teams. Under his guidance, these teams excel in delivering superior technology services and systems engineering support, earning the company a reputation for excellence in the industry.

 

Brian’s comprehensive background in technology and management includes notable roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, and Project Manager. His vast experience encompasses leading initiatives for distinguished federal agencies such as the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Peace Corps, and numerous commercial entities, guiding strategic IT system implementations and management.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which complements his extensive array of IT certifications from Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA, LPI, IAITAM, and AXELOS ITIL. This educational and professional foundation underscores his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to the IT field. Brian’s unique blend of technical knowledge and passion for IT positions him as a pivotal force in driving BOC’s ongoing success.
